The short answer: it depends on a variety of factors. That’s why you won’t find pricing on this page. Instead, we quote every wedding on its own, so the price you get actually fits your day.

Why we quote each wedding individually
We’re a small, family-run company, and you work directly with Jim. He’s the one you’ll talk to from your first email right through your wedding day, so you’re never handed off to someone you’ve never spoken to. When you reach out, he looks at your venue and your room, figures out how many lights it’ll take to make it look right, and sends you a number. No call center, no pressure, no “packages” built to upsell you.
What actually drives the price
Two things, mostly: how big your venue is and where it is. A cozy reception space takes fewer lights than a wide-open ballroom or a barn with tall walls, so the size of the room sets how many uplights it takes to fill it evenly. Location matters because some venues are a longer drive for us than others. We don’t charge per light or try to talk you into more than you need. We use as many as it takes to make the room look great, and that’s it.
What’s included (and what isn’t)
Everything’s included. Setup before your guests arrive, teardown at the end of the night, and delivery to your venue are all part of the quote. We don’t tack on service fees, setup fees, or delivery charges at the end, the way a lot of companies do. The number we give you is the number you pay.
Often about the same as renting it yourself
A lot of couples start by pricing out a DIY rental. By the time you rent the lights, charge the batteries, place them the day of, and return them the next morning, you’ve spent your wedding week working on lighting. Our price is often right around what that rental would’ve cost you, except we handle all of it. You don’t touch a thing.
